At the bottom of this page you can register for the 5th European Expert Meeting on Rotavirus Vaccination (EEROVAC), which will be held March 20th – 22nd 2017 in Utrecht, the Netherlands. You must submit the form fully completed. All registrations will be confirmed by e-mail.
Reduced Fees Deadline
Before 1st January, 2017. Prior to this date registration form and payment must be received.
Deadline for registration
March 13th, 2017. After this date registration is not possible.
- You will receive a confirmation by email when you registered successfully.
- All payments have to be done by bank transfer. After registration you will receive an invoice by email. All payment details are mentioned on the invoice. We ask you to pay the invoice as soon as possible. The final deadline for payments by bank transfer is Monday 13th March, 2017.
- All payments should be made in euro’s without charges for the beneficiary.

1 Medical residents / students: It is essential to send a certified supporting document from your institution signed by the Head of the Department to EEROVAC2017@umcutrecht.nl.
The fees include: access to the meeting, documentation, lunch and coffee breaks.

All cancellations notified by writing before 20 February 2017 will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid except 25 € of administrative fees. After 21 February 2017, no refunds will be processed. All refunds will be made one month after the end of the meeting.
